Nine Month Check Up

Celeste is three-fourths of the way through her first year. Back when we went for her first doctor's appointment, she was at the bottom of the charts; today, she is right on the 50th percentile for height (27.5 inches) and weight (18 pounds, 14 ounces), and in the 75th percentile for head size (17.75 inches). Evelin has dug up my old baby pictures, and it looks like Celeste has my big baby head. She got one quick shot, kicked the nurse who gave it to her, and didn't cry too much — all in all a pretty good check up.
